Crafted in 18-karat Yellow Gold, the Small Pave Removable Drop is intended to be on our Open Chains as a tool to provide flexibility. You can add an additional medallion to an existing Open Chain or your own personal chain to stack multiple medallions. This add-on can hold substantial weight and is compatible with any of our medallions.
