At FoundRae, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid insured shipping label will be sent to your email; please use this label to ensure your fine jewelry is protected during transit.
Package Securely
Place the jewelry in its original FoundRae velvet box and protective packaging to prevent damage, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our studio.
